Trevor assisted my brothers and I with the sale of our late mother's retirement apartment.
My brothers and I had the daunting task of selling our late mother's apartment in a retirement village at Strathfield. He got those instructions when Covid hit and as time went on we began to despair that it would never sell. Trevor nevertheless continued with energy and optimism and after great perseverance he finally found a buyer from Victoria who wanted to live near her daughter. His knowledge of the market, and the marketing plan he presented us, was spot on. He executed the plan well and the sale was made, with a sale price well in excess of our expectation, well within the expected timeframe. What I found most pleasing was the level of communication, both prior to the first open house, and during the sale period. We felt like we were involved at all times. He sold my husband, Patrick, and I a lovely studio apartment in Rose Bay Towers and, at the same time, sold our apartment in Colebrook, Double Bay, where we had lived happily for 47 years, well over the market price. It was the most seamless transaction.He organised the built-ins for our Rose Bay apartment and the transformation of the balcony, took delivery of furniture, bought the television set, installed plugs for a kettle and toaster and has done innumerable ‘odd jobs’ for us. He is now in the process of organising workmen to renovate the bathroom. Trevor didn’t just make the sale and disappear.
